Registration

We will offer a chartered bus service from Guarulhos (GRU) and Viracopos (VCP) airport to São Carlos on Sunday July 19. Bus will also be provided from São Carlos to these airports on Friday, July 24. Extra bus service on Saturday, July 18 and 25, will be confirmed later, depending on requests.

The Full Registration fees are individual and include:

  • Event registration fee
  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Access to welcome reception
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunch from Monday to Thursday

Cancellation Policy

  • In case your abstract is not accepted for the conference and you choose not to attend, the full amount of your registration fee will be refunded.
  • Requests submitted by April 30 will receive a 70% refund. Cancellations can be made directly on the conference website. Refunds will be issued within 60 days after the event.
  • After April 30, no refunds will be granted. However, the registration fee may be transferred to another participant. Failure to attend the conference does not constitute automatic cancellation of the registration.
